I’m Sandi Walker with Keller Williams Realty. I love my family, being a realtor, and most importantly going to the beach. As a relator I enjoy devoting my time to helping others with their real estate needs. With over 17 years of experience I have a vast knowledge of ways to build wealth with real estate. I know how to maximize the selling price of a home, what is happening in the market to help both a buyer and seller, and knowledge of probate and estate sales. As an investor myself, I have the expertise to help advise with investment strategies for investors.
I grew up in Southern California, graduated with a BA in Political Science from Brigham Young University, and came to Oklahoma in the early 90s. Since 2005 I have worked to build a successful career in real estate servicing the Oklahoma City Metro area.
My business is based on the principles of honesty, integrity, hard work, and wisdom. My work as your agent doesn’t end after the closing of a home. I am always here for my clients to help them with questions that arise after closing concerning repairs, programs to support you, and other needs in the future. I began my business in 2005 by selling 18 homes in the first 6 months. Between 2006 and 2012, I sold an average of 40-50 homes a year. Since 2013 I have sold more than 70 homes a year. I have attended the Floyd Wickman school and volunteered at Neighborhood Housing Service, a nonprofit organization, that helps homebuyers. Over the years, I have been awarded several times, The award for the top individual in closed sales in my office. I have received multiple awards for my production. I have my CRS certification--a top designation in real estate which only about 4% of agents hold.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time being a grandma to 3 beautiful children, cross stitching, reading a good book, hiking, and playing games.
